Leadership Development
We believe every boy has the capacity to lead. Our student council, prefect system and house structures teach responsibility, accountability and empathy. Leadership workshops cover communication, conflict resolution and ethical decision-making.
Mentorship Program
Each student is paired with a mentor – a teacher or alumnus – who guides him academically and personally. Parents appreciate that their sons have role models beyond the home, reinforcing the values taught at Muguku Tumaini.
Sports
